Ted Boyce-Smith is an experienced lighting director and designer specializing in live television, performance, and events. Currently serving as the Lighting Director for CNN Morning Programming at CNN Studios in New York, Ted has also held roles as a Coverage Lighting Director and Assistant Lighting Director on various high-profile CNN shows. In addition to the current position, Ted Boyce-Smith operates Ted Boyce-Smith Design, offering expertise in lighting, projection, and video design across multiple platforms. Previous experience includes coverage lighting direction at CNBC and associate lighting design for Spark Design Collaborative.
