Faiyaz Ahmad

Faiyaz Ahmad is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Project Lead at LightOJ since April 2018. Prior positions include a Senior Software Engineer at Meta, contributing to AI infrastructure services, and a Software Development Engineer II at Amazon, where multiple language support was added to Amazon Prime Video. Faiyaz has also worked as a Software Engineer at Dataform, focusing on data pipeline platforms, and in machine learning at Traveloka, where productionized models and automated training pipelines were developed. Early career experiences include roles at HackerRank as a Problem Author & Tester, NewsCred as a Software Engineer, and Augmedix as a developer of RESTful microservices. Faiyaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North South University.
