David Gay

David Gay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David began their career in 1996 at Finetix LLC, where they served as a Partner and Chief Architect, responsible for overseeing technical projects. During their time at Finetix, David gained expertise in technologies such as grid computing, C++, Java-J2EE, and . David remained with the company until 2006.

After leaving Finetix, David worked as an Owner at deltaOptions LLC for a brief period. David then took a break from their professional career and spent some time resting at home in 2006.

In 2007, David joined Blue Mountain Capital Management as a Consultant, where they worked until 2010. Simultaneously, they also served as a Senior Partner at Eikos Partners from 2007 onwards.

David later had consultancy roles at Cantor Fitzgerald from 2009 to 2010 and BMO from 2012 to 2015.

Most recently, David joined LightPoint Financial Technology in 2019 as the Head of Engineering.

David Gay attended The University of Manchester from 1985 to 1988. During this time, they pursued a degree in mathematics and obtained an Honors or Honours degree in the field of study.
