Tannis Belisle has extensive experience in the cannabis industry, currently serving as the Post Harvest Operations Manager at Lightshade since November 2020. In this role, Tannis is responsible for managing the Trim department's daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing technician allocation for maximum production output. Prior to this position, Tannis worked at MJardin Group from June 2014 to March 2020, where roles included Processing Supervisor and Processing Lead, focusing on staff training and collaboration between cultivation and dispensary teams to promote a productive work environment.
