Fazilet Brayer has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. In 2013, Fazilet worked as a student at Brose Group, followed by a role as a Laboratory Assistant at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in 2014. Fazilet then joined Bentley Motors, where they worked as a 3D CAD Designer, Resident Engineer, and Design Engineer from 2015 to 2017. They then moved on to Dyson in 2017 as an Advanced Design Engineer. In 2018, Fazilet briefly worked at BMW as a Simultaneous Engineering Team Lead. Fazilet then transitioned to Tesla in 2020 and served as a Mechanical Design Engineer. They later joined ARRIS in 2020, where they worked as an Automation Architecture - Composite Machines. Currently, Fazilet is employed as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Lightship starting from December 2022.
Fazilet Brayer's education history begins with attending the Staatliche Fachoberschule Ansbach from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a technical Fachabitur. They then proceeded to study at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Material- und Produktentwicklung. In 2014, Fazilet enrolled at Technische Universität Braunschweig, where they studied Mechanical Engineering until 2015.
Fazilet's most recent educational experience was at Stanford Continuing Studies in 2019, where they took a course titled "BUS 29: Project Management for Continuous Innovation." They additionally earned a certification in "BUS 29: PM for Continuous Innovation | Management by Project Mapping" from Stanford Continuing Studies in July 2019.
Fazilet has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills. They obtained a certification in "Product Lifecycle Management" from BMW in November 2018, and completed the "Inclusive Leadership Training: Leading With Effective Communication" course from edX in April 2018. In addition, they earned certifications in "Product Liability" from Dyson in December 2017, "CATIA V5 Grundschulung CAD (Part and Shape Design)" from Bertrandt in March 2015, and "Moderation Präsentation Zeitmanagement" from Academic Consult Group in March 2013.
