Duygu Sumertas

Duygu Sumertas is a legal professional with extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Lightsource bp since June 2022, Duygu previously held positions including Senior Legal Counsel at BULADI Law Firm from 2016 to 2022, Legal Affairs Manager at Çalık Enerji A.Ş. from June 2016 to June 2017, and Legal Counsel at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan from June 2014 to June 2016. Duygu holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Banking and Finance from City, University of London, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Energy Law from Özyeğin University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bilkent University.
