Francesca Piazza

Francesca Piazza has a solid work experience in the energy industry. Francesca most recently worked at Lightsource bp as the Head of Power Markets. Prior to that, they held roles such as Senior Manager Power Markets - Europe and PPA Sales Manager - Europe at the same company. Before joining Lightsource bp, Francesca worked at Axpo Italia where they held the position of Originator, managing international counterparties and providing advisory services for the development of sustainable energy strategies. Francesca also held the role of Key Account Support - Origination, managing industrial counterparties and analyzing consumption trends. Earlier in their career, Francesca worked at Petrolcarbo as the Marketing Gas & Power representative, responsible for marketing programs, strategic sales activities, and housing heat management.

Francesca Piazza has a strong educational background. Francesca completed their Master's degree in Green Management, Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility (MaGER) from Università Bocconi in the years 2016-2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Certificate course in Digital Marketing from Espero in 2013. Francesca also holds a Laurea in Scienze Umanistiche (Bachelor's degree in Humanities) from Università degli Studi di Milano, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Earlier in their education, between 2004 and 2009, they earned their high school diploma from Liceo Classico Statale Tito Livio, specializing in Lettere/Studi umanistici (Literature/Humanistic studies).

Additionally, Francesca obtained a certification in IELTS from IELTS Official in 2015.
