Jenni Sainthouse

Jenni Sainthouse is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in energy and project finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Lightsource bp since January 2023, Jenni previously held the role of Senior Associate at Bird & Bird for seven years, where responsibilities included energy and projects legal work. Additionally, Jenni has had significant secondee roles at Vattenfall, providing legal support to the UK heat networks business during two separate tenures. Prior experience includes working as a Project Finance Solicitor at Hogan Lovells, specializing in corporate and commercial matters within the infrastructure and energy sectors. Jenni earned a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford followed by legal qualifications from BPP Law School.
