Jason Wang

Jason Wang is Partner of Lightspeed China Partners. He joined the team in 2016 and is based in Beijing office. He has 10 years of venture capital experience and 4 years of industry experience. Jason focuses on investment opportunities in multiple sectors including enterprise services, Internet business model innovation and Artificial intelligence. His key investments include Zhiketong, WorkTrans, Beta Data, BlackLake, etc.

Jason previously worked at Gobi Partners for 4 years. Prior to Gobi Partners, Jason was Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. He is committed to helping companies improve their strategies, operations and financial management. He has rich cross-industry experience in finance, real estate, manufacturing and high-tech.

Jason was selected as the “New Chinese Investor of the Year” by the Young Investors Association in 2015, and was honored as the “Most Potential Venture Capital Star under 35” by the PE Daily in 2016. In 2020, he was honored as the “F40 Chinese Young Investor” by the PE Daily. He was honored as the “TOP 20 Investor in China’s Enterprise Service” by 36kr in 2021.

Jason holds a B.A. in Management from University of International Business and Economics.
