Nic Zern began their career in 2018 as a Help Desk Technician at Aspen Capital. In 2021, they joined Lightspeed, A Learning Company as an Information Technology Support Specialist.

Nic Zern attended Portland Community College from 2017 to 2020, graduating with an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Computer and Information Systems.
