Ivana Petrovic

Ivana Petrovic is an experienced data science professional currently serving as Data Science Team Lead and Senior Data Scientist at Lightspeed Commerce since January 2021. Previously, Ivana worked at Upserve from May 2019 to January 2021, where contributions included the creation of an automated sales forecasting system, the development of a market segmentation algorithm, and modeling for restaurant expansion likelihood. Ivana also gained experience as a Data Science Fellow at the Eric & Wendy Schmidt Data Science for Social Good Fellowship, optimizing waste collection routes for a startup in Kenya. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from CentraleSupélec.
