Parthasarathi Biswas is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology, telecommunications, and management consulting. Currently serving as Head Partnerships at Lightstorm since April 2023, Parthasarathi has been pivotal in establishing India's first Carrier-neutral OPGW fiber backbone.
