Brendan Kelley

Brendan Kelley is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Principal at Avison Young since April 2023. With a strong background in leadership roles, Brendan previously held the position of Principal and Founder at Cadence Real Estate Advisors, LLC from July 2018 to April 2023, and served as Vice President at both Buccini/Pollin Group from September 2006 to July 2018 and Binswanger from August 2003 to October 2006. Brendan also contributes to Liguori Academy as a Member of the Board of Directors since April 2013. Brendan began a career in the real estate sector with a research position at 3rd Wire in 2000.
