Josh Lamb

Josh Lamb has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is as the Director of Customer Operations at Liine, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at inMotionNow for three years, specializing in assisting creative teams in the professional sports and entertainment industry. Before that, they were a Software Support Technician at ChannelAdvisor for a year. Josh also has experience in education, having worked as an Online Teacher at Youth Digital for three years, where they helped students learn various courses and provided troubleshooting assistance. Josh started their career as an IT/Marketing Assistant at HDR | ICA, where they were responsible for network maintenance and designing marketing materials. Josh also worked as a Graphic Designer at the North Carolina Football Club, designing promotional materials.

Josh Lamb completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Technology Education at North Carolina State University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in HTML Essential Training from LinkedIn in March 2021.
