Li Jing has over 20 years of work experience in the gaming industry. They have held various technical art and artist management roles in companies such as Lilith Games, Ubisoft Shanghai, Konami Software Shanghai, and Tose Software Shanghai. In their most recent role as Studio Technical Art Director at Lilith Games, Li Jing ensured projects met market expectations and developed the skills of the artist team. Prior to that, they served as a Studio Art Technical Development Manager at Ubisoft Shanghai, where they maintained an environment conducive to art technical direction expertise and developed the technical artist team. Additionally, Li Jing has experience as a Senior Technical Art Director, Technical Art Director, and Senior Level Artist, where they were responsible for setting technical pipelines, providing daily technical art support and training, and developing graphics production tools.
