Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Lilium since October 2021, Eric supports a technical team focused on developing eVTOL aircraft. Prior to this, Eric was an HR Business Partner at Movable Ink, where responsibilities included coaching a global team of over 350 members for a MarTech platform. Eric's career began as an HR Generalist at LearnVest, where the focus was on scaling operations during a digital transformation after an acquisition. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager at Group Commerce and Human Resources Coordinator in prior roles, along with a foundation in executive search at Dave Partners. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
