Keno Sanders

Keno Sanders possesses extensive experience in engineering, specifically in manufacturing and product development roles across various industries. At Lilium since December 2018, Keno has served as the Manufacturing Engineer Tech Lead, overseeing the propulsion system assembly line from design to production, while also managing hiring. Prior experience includes a role as Product Developer for Sealing Solutions at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, where Keno led technical product development for elastomer components in automotive and food markets. Earlier experience at MTU Aero Engines involved leading the repair processes for rotating engine parts. Keno holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Maschinenbau with a focus on Innovations- und Produktmanagement from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
