Varnita Rana

Varnita Rana is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Lilium since September 2022. Prior to this, Varnita held the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at Collins Aerospace from March 2015 to August 2022, where contributions included leading Model-Based Design and development for the Boeing 777X Flight Control System, ensuring compliance with DO-178C standards, and engaging in critical analyses and process improvements. Varnita led the transition to an Agile framework within the Maintenance Software development team and is certified as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. Previous experience includes internships at Indocopters Private Limited and LabVIEW, and a summer internship at the National Institute of Amateur Radio in India. Varnita holds both a Master of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology from Amity University, specializing in Avionics and Aerospace Engineering, respectively.
