Anne Lionnet

Anne LIONNET is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the cereal industry. Currently serving as CEO of Arista Cereal Technologies since July 2023, Anne focuses on the development, protection, and valuation of high fibre and high amylose wheat on a global scale. Previously, Anne has held various roles at LIMAGRAIN INGREDIENTS, including Business Developer, as well as Quality and CSR Manager and Marketing Manager for Bakery Products at LIMAGRAIN CEREALES INGREDIENTS. Prior experience includes serving as R&D Project Manager and Quality Manager at Jacquet Brossard - Groupe Limagrain from October 1997 to May 2006. Anne holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Industries des Céréales from Polytech Paris-UPMC, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
