Craig Hailstone

Craig Hailstone is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Relief Chef at Limber since July 2022, Craig has previously held positions including Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef at The Ivy Collection and The Ivy Clifton Brasserie from July 2016 to November 2022 and July 2018 to August 2022, respectively.
