Jorge Urbieta

Jorge Urbieta's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Jorge is currently working as an Operations Project Manager at Lime since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior strategy consultant at YGroup Companies from January 2020 to June 2020.

In 2019, Jorge pursued an International MBA at IE Business School. Jorge was recognized for their academic performance and was a member of the honor society Beta Gamma Sigma. IE Business School is esteemed as one of the top MBA schools worldwide.

Before their MBA, Jorge worked at Iberdrola as a Senior Business Controller from December 2017 to January 2019. In this role, they managed international projects, reported property tax, optimized income tax, and facilitated communication between the US tax team and external consultants.

From June 2015 to December 2017, Jorge worked as a Senior Consultant at Management Solutions. Jorge was responsible for sales tasks, project team leadership, and monitoring team development and success. Jorge achieved notable sales results and received positive evaluations.

Jorge's earliest work experience was with Global Energy Services, where they held two roles. As a Finance Business Partner from September 2012 to June 2015, they supervised international subsidiaries, collaborated with the tax team, and maintained effective communication with auditors and local advisors. Additionally, they worked in Consolidation & Reporting during the same period.

Jorge Urbieta holds an International MBA from IE Business School, which they completed in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Consulting from Universidad Pontificia Comillas between 2015 and 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Jorge also attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto from 2007 to 2011.
