Karina Harzheim

Karina Harzheim has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Karina currently works at Lime as the EMEA People Operations Coordinator, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the EMEA Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Lime from January 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Lime, Karina worked at AMS as a Senior TA Sourcer from June 2021 to December 2021. Karina also gained experience at ING as a Project Management Trainee - Global HR from September 2020 to March 2021.

Karina's earlier work experience includes a significant tenure at DHL, where they held various roles. Karina worked as an HR Generalist from September 2016 to October 2019, handling employee lifecycle management, performance management, and communication with the works council. Karina also worked as a Talent Acquisition & CRM Support from September 2015 to August 2016 and as a Talent Acquisition Trainee from March 2015 to September 2015.

Karina began their career at Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH, where they completed an apprenticeship as a Media Manager for digital and printed media from August 2009 to January 2012.

Karina Harzheim completed their education chronologically as follows.

From 2009 to 2012, they pursued an apprenticeship in Medienkauffrau digital + print media at Joseph-DuMont-Berufskollegium. After that, they attended Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Lastly, from 2019 to 2021, they furthered their education at Bologna Business School and earned a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organization.
