Ujwal Narayan

Ujwal Narayan is a skilled software engineer specializing in machine learning at LimeChat since October 2022 and has been a research student at the Language Technology Research Centre collaborating with Professor Manish Shrivastava on narrative understanding since March 2019. Ujwal has prior experience as a data scientist at Klevu, improving search queries through catalogue enrichment and developing an unsupervised approach for aspect extraction. At the Data Sciences and Analytics Center, Ujwal applied NLP concepts in the financial sector, creating algorithms to identify regulations. Ujwal has also contributed as a writer for student publications at IIIT Hyderabad, served as a teaching assistant in linguistics, and held leadership roles in student governance. Ujwal holds both a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Science in Computational Linguistics from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad.
