Björn S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Björn started their career as a Trilingual Consumer Service Advisor at Bausch + Lomb and later worked as a Product Support Specialist at Briox AB. Björn then joined HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where they served as a Trilingual Consumer Service Advisor, handling escalated consumer call backs and monitoring data accuracy and quality. Björn also took on the role of a Senior Trilingual Consumer Service Advisor and Depend Ambassador UK/Netherlands at HGS, where they project managed the roll-out and daily delivery of Depend's D2C sales service.

In 2016, Björn became self-employed and worked as a Trilingual Translator and Customer Service Agent, providing translation services for various languages. Björn also worked as a Freelance Social Media, Community, and Project Manager.

- From 1991 to 1994, Björn attended Max-Planck Gymnasium in Gelsenkirchen-Buer, Germany, where they completed their High School education.

- From 1995 to 2001, they attended Elzendaal College in Boxmeer, The Netherlands, where they obtained their High School degree. During this time, they also earned certificates in English, German, Dutch, Sociology, Mathematics, Economics, and Physics.

- In 2001, Björn enrolled at Radboud University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, completing it in 2004.

- From 2004 to 2007, they continued their studies at Radboud University, obtaining a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.

- Björn returned to education later on. In 2017, they undertook a Certificate in Counselling Skills at Strode College, which they completed in 2018.

- In the same year, they also completed a Counselling Studies Certificate at Strode College.

- From 2018 to 2021, Björn pursued a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling at Strode College, furthering their knowledge in this field.
