Caroline Vlerick

Caroline Vlerick is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the Founder and CEO of BloodyGreen since October 2021, Caroline promotes an eco-positive menstrual movement and advocates for self-acceptance among women. Caroline serves on the Board of Directors at Grupo Limonada and previously held the position of CEO and Director of the Board at Deportes Sparta, where significant sales growth and a turnaround were achieved. Other notable roles include serving as Director of Retail at Natura, Executive Director at HBS Alumni Angels of Brazil, and General Manager at Darel Iniciativa. Caroline's early career includes roles with Cencosud S.A., Grupo Cortefiel, McKinsey & Company, and JPMorgan. Caroline holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, completed the Digital Disruption Program at IMD, and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business/Managerial Economics from UFSIA Antwerp.
