Previously, Ryan held positions including VP of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing quality, production, and supply chain functions, and Director of Sales & Marketing, focusing on marketing communications and sales execution. Additionally, Ryan is President of American Motion Systems, Inc., a company specializing in defense and aerospace applications. Early career includes roles as Operations Manager at Lin Engineering and R&D Engineer at Komag. Ryan holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
