Joseph Murphy Pe

Joseph Murphy, PE, has over 25 years of diverse experience in civil engineering and project management. Since October 2005, Joseph has served as the SUE Program Manager at Lina T. Ramey & Associates, Inc. Previously, Joseph held positions as a Project Manager at TBE Group, Inc. and NTB & Associates, and worked as a Project Engineer at McManus Consulting Engineers. Joseph's military background includes serving as a captain in the Texas Army Reserves and as both an enlisted member and officer in the Louisiana Army National Guard, with a focus on combat heavy roles. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, completing studies in 1995, and attended Airline High School from 1986 to 1989.
