Jørgen Mathiesen

Jørgen Mathiesen has extensive experience in both sports and engineering, currently serving as Cheftræner, T+ træner, and Talentchef at FC Sønderborg since July 2010. Concurrently, Jørgen has held managerial and technical roles at LINAK A/S since January 2006, including Manager of Operations EP and Technical Product Manager. Previous experience includes an Application Engineer position at Carlo Gavazzi Industries and electrician work at El-møller. Jørgen's educational background includes leadership and coaching certifications from Business College Syd and DBU, along with a degree from Handels- og Ingeniørhøjskolen in Herning.
