Jagbir Bhayan, PMP has extensive experience in various sales and marketing roles in the automotive industry. Jagbir started their career at Motherson Techno Tools Ltd as a Sr. Sales Engineer before moving on to Hi-Tech Gears Ltd as the Sr. Manager of Business Development. Jagbir then joined Rieter Automotive in Italy as the National Sales & Marketing Manager. Following that, they worked at Nemak Aluminum Castings India Pvt. Ltd as the Head of Sales and OMAX Autos Ltd as the DGM of Marketing. Jagbir later joined Musashi Auto Parts India Pvt. Ltd as the Deputy General Manager of Business Development. Jagbir then joined Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd. (Stamping Division) as the Chief of Marketing & Business Development. Currently, Jagbir works at Linamar Corporation as the Head of Sales for India and the Commercial Head for the Dewas region.
Jagbir Bhayan, PMP holds a wide range of educational qualifications. In 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. In 2012, they completed a Finance for non-finance manager course at the Indo-German Training Centre in Mumbai. Jagbir also holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the CII Institute of Logistics, which they obtained between 2011 and 2012. In 2008, Jagbir completed a Management Development Programme focused on Export Marketing, Procedure, and Documentation at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in New Delhi. Jagbir pursued a Management Programme in Strategic Business Communication at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2006 to 2007. Jagbir earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business & Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Graduate School of Business & Administration in NOIDA between 1996 and 1998. Their academic journey began at Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Architecture, Nagpur, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University in 1995. Prior to that, Jagbir completed their high school education at Model School in Rohtak between 1987 and 1991.
