Matt Haylett

Matt Haylett is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in leadership and maintenance management. Currently serving as a published author at Short Beard Publishing LLC since July 2023, Matt has released two books focused on innovative leadership approaches. As the President and Founder of Fidelity Strategic Consulting since February 2023, Matt further enhances strategic business insights. Previous roles include Maintenance Manager at Linamar Corporation and Foundry Maintenance Manager Consultant at Grede Holdings LLC, among others. Matt's career began in the US Navy, where Matt achieved the rank of Engineman Petty Officer 3rd Class. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Industrial Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, and PLC from Kellogg Community College.
