Thomas Draxler

Thomas Draxler has worked in a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2015, they began their career as an Advisor for Leichtgemacht.at, and also founded and became CEO of Changemy.company. In 2016, they became an Advisory Board Member and Investor for Sticklett, an IOT Startup. In 2019, they joined Splendit IT-Consulting GmbH as a Transformation & Advisory Board Member and also joined Spryze GmbH as an Advisory Board Member and Investor. In 2020, they became the Head of Sales for NBG - Fiber Optics, and in 2022 they joined ELOOP as a Business Development Advisor and Blockpit AG as a Partnerships & B2B Sales. Additionally, in 2018 they founded the Transformation und Change in Unternehmen Meetup.

Thomas Draxler completed their Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Business, and Transformation from VBS Mödling HAK between 2006 and 2011. In 2012, they obtained a SAP certification from VBS Mödling. In 2013, they obtained a Transaktionsanalyse certification from Vienna Business School. In 2014, they completed a Diplom in Pitch Trainer from Bit- Best in Trainer.
