Natalie Hawkins

Natalie Hawkins is an experienced professional with a strong background in community regeneration and social value management. Currently serving as Social Value Manager and Community Regeneration Manager at Linc Cymru since January 2022, Natalie also contributes as a Member of the Board of Directors at Y Prentis since April 2023. Previous roles include Social Investment Coordinator and Senior Communities and Regeneration Officer at Cardiff Community Housing Association, where Natalie managed community facilities and initiatives. Additionally, as Senior Mentor (Project Lead) for the Lift Project, Natalie focused on empowering individuals in workless households. With experience in project management at Encon Construction Ltd and a background in advising unemployed individuals at Cardiff Council, Natalie has developed innovative projects to enhance community engagement. Educational achievements include certifications from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and the New Economics Foundation.
