John Dolciotto

John Dolciotto has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. John started their career as a Front Office Operations Intern at The Polynesian Village Resort in 2014. John then moved on to work at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Service Agent and later as a Front Office Supervisor. In 2016, they became a Corporate Sales Manager for the same company. John further expanded their expertise by joining Linchris Hotels, where they held multiple positions including Business Travel Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. John was also a Dual Director of Sales & Marketing and is currently working as an Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Linchris Hotels. Throughout their roles, they focused on developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, implementing sales strategies, and maximizing profits while ensuring guest satisfaction. John has also demonstrated strong leadership and financial planning skills.

John Dolciotto obtained an Associate's Degree in Science and Hospitality Management from Nashua Community College from 2011 to 2014, with a field of study in Hospitality Management. In addition, they obtained the ServSafe Manager certification in May 2019 and became CPR and First Aid certified in March 2016.
