Rebecca Schultz

Rebecca Schultz has a strong background in asset management and construction. Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President, Asset Management at Lincoln Avenue Capital since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director, Asset Management from December 2021 to November 2022 at the same company.

Before joining Lincoln Avenue Capital, Rebecca worked at Enterprise Homes Inc, where they held the position of Senior Asset Manager from March 2014 to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Construction Manager from August 2011 to March 2014.

Rebecca Schultz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Goucher College, where they attended from 2004 to 2008.
