Desiree R.

Desiree R. has extensive work experience at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, starting in 2015. Desiree has held various roles including Director, People Experience (since December 2021), Associate Director, Business Partnering & Support (from October 2020 to December 2021), Senior Manager, People Operations & Support (from December 2019 to September 2020), Human Resources Manager (from April 2019 to December 2019), Human Resources Generalist (from April 2018 to April 2019), Human Resources Coordinator (from April 2017 to April 2018), and Human Resources Assistant (from January 2015 to April 2017). Prior to their time at the Lincoln Center, Desiree worked as a Human Resources Intern at the Lincoln Center in 2014. Before that, they worked at Bloomberg LP, where they held the roles of NY Analytics Representative, Equity Generalist (from May 2009 to February 2010), and NY Global Customer Support Representative (from April 2008 to May 2009).

Desiree R. attended LaGuardia Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Desiree then went on to New York University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Behavior and Change from 2013 to 2016. In June 2019, Desiree obtained a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
