Christopher Rungoo

Christopher Rungoo is the Director of HR, Diversity, & Inclusion at Lincoln Center Theater. Christopher has previous experience as the Director of Human Resources at Signature Theatre Company and The Vilcek Foundation. Christopher also served as the Finance/Admin Coordinator at Girls Educational & Mentoring Services and as an intern in human resources at South Asian Youth Action (SAYA!).

Christopher Rungoo has a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Penn State University, an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General and Nonprofit Management from North Park University, and an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Christopher also has certification from Cornell University in Diversity and Inclusion for HR, certification from The Wharton School in People Analytics, certification from LinkedIn in Driving Change and Anti-Racism, certification from LinkedIn in Negotiating Your Compensation Package, certification from LinkedIn in Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program, certification from LinkedIn in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, certification from LinkedIn in Nonprofit Management Foundations, and certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
