Naomi Grabel

Naomi Grabel is an experienced arts administrator currently serving as the Executive Director of Development and Planning at Lincoln Center Theater since February 2023. Grabel has held significant roles in various prestigious organizations, including Executive Director of Development Strategy and Growth at The Metropolitan Opera, and Vice President of Marketing, Publicity, Sales, and Education at Disney Theatrical Group, where oversight extended to marketing efforts for major Broadway productions. Additionally, Grabel's academic contributions include lecturing in Theatre Management at Yale School of Drama since September 2015. With previous experience as CEO of American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Director of Marketing and Creative Services at Carnegie Hall, and leadership roles in several other esteemed institutions, Grabel has consistently demonstrated expertise in fundraising, marketing, and strategic development within the arts sector. Grabel holds an MFA in Theatre Administration from Yale University and a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
