Roland J. Henry

Roland J. Henry currently serves as the Deputy State’s Attorney for Lincoln County, SD, managing a significant portion of the criminal magistrate court cases and handling misdemeanor and felony conflict cases for neighboring counties. Prior to this role, Roland worked as a Senior Analyst in Contracts at Collins Aerospace, where negotiation of contracts with major aviation clients was a key responsibility. Roland also gained valuable experience as an Assistant County Attorney at the Nobles County Attorney's Office, addressing felony, gross misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. Additional roles include Law Clerk positions at various U.S. Attorneys' Offices and Brown County State's Attorney, as well as experience in financial analysis at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Roland holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of South Dakota.
