Jason C. Clark has a diverse work experience in talent management and employee engagement. Jason began their career as an Engagement Manager at The Gallup Organization, where they worked with Fortune 500 clients and managed client projects. Jason then joined MRI Software as a Program Manager, leading systems development and operational initiatives. At The Walt Disney Company, Jason served as an Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist, providing insights into engagement and the employee experience for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Jason later joined Amazon, where they held various roles, including Manager of Global Workforce Insights and Talent Supply Chain Engagement Manager. Most recently, Jason was with Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they served as a Director of Talent Management for a $9B business segment and led the company's talent management strategy. Jason is currently the Director of Global Talent Development at Lincoln Electric.

Jason C. Clark holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they earned from 2020 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Organizational Development and Leadership from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2005 to 2008. Jason also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Jason completed their undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and English. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2017 and 2016, respectively.
