Michael Arnold

Michael Arnold is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Lincoln Financial Group since June 2008, Michael leads a team addressing complex legal, litigation, and regulatory challenges related to distribution channels and insurance products, including overseeing FINRA arbitrations and regulatory investigations. Previously, Michael held the position of Senior Counsel and Assistant Vice President, managing litigation and arbitrations for Lincoln Financial Network and providing regulatory advice. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant General Counsel and Director of Safety/Risk Management at Lippert Components, Inc. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Wabash College.
