Nik Shapoval

Nik Shapoval has extensive experience in implementation management and customer advocacy, currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Lincoln Financial Group since February 2013. In this role, Nik administers daily workflows, provides technical support, and coordinates issue resolution while recommending policy changes. Prior experience includes working as a Merchant Technical Account Manager at PayPal from June 2007 to November 2012, where Nik advocated for customer needs and facilitated new feature development. Nik holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
