Shannon Sprinkle Sphr

Shannon Sprinkle, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has an extensive work experience primarily with Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC). From January 2022 to the present, Shannon has been the Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer at LHDC. Prior to this role, Shannon served as the Chief Resources Officer from July 2019 to January 2022. Earlier in their career at LHDC, Shannon held various positions such as Director for Human Resources and Development from August 2016 to July 2019, Human Resources Manager from June 2012 to August 2016, and Accounting/Payroll Associate from July 2005 to June 2012.

Shannon Sprinkle, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, which was obtained from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Western Governors University from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Shannon holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University Southeast, completed from 2001 to 2003.

In terms of certifications, Shannon obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2022. Prior to that, in June 2021, Shannon achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from HRCI. Shannon also obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2015. Shannon also holds the CompTIA Project+ Certified certification from CompTIA, obtained in April 2013.
