Drew Miller

Drew Miller is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, learning and development, and legal immigration services, currently serving as a Development Specialist at Lincoln Industries since June 2022. In this role, Drew drives learning metrics, develops leadership training, ensures compliance training, and collaborates on job hazard analysis across multiple departments. Previously, as a Talent & Communications Coordinator, Drew excelled in recruiting talent, managing HRIS databases, and facilitating community engagement initiatives while serving as a bilingual translator. Prior experience includes a tenure at Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska, where Drew managed over 400 immigration cases annually, significantly increased program capacity, and secured federal and private grants, all while advocating for clients and leading a team of paralegals.
