Jim Denholm

Jim Denholm currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Lincoln Savings Bank since July 2024. Prior to this role, Denholm accumulated extensive experience at TruStage, where responsibilities included Vice President Human Resources, Director of HR Operations / Site Leader, and Director of Employee & Labor Relations. Denholm's expertise encompasses improving employee experience, managing labor relations, and overseeing various HR functions including talent acquisition, safety, and corporate policies. Educationally, Denholm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Wartburg College.
