Alyson Frickel

Alyson Frickel is a Registered Nurse at Lincoln Surgical Hospital since August 2016 and serves as a Curriculum Consultant for the Faculty Curriculum Committee at Kaplan University since June 2014, focusing on curriculum review and recommendations. As a Professor and Campus Course Coordinator for the criminal justice curriculum at Kaplan University since November 2009, Alyson has developed and updated course content and enhanced hands-on learning tools for students. Prior experience includes serving as a parole officer and case manager with the Nebraska Department of Corrections from 2002 to 2010. Alyson holds a Master's in Nursing Education from Purdue University, a Bachelor's in Registered Nursing from Kaplan University, and a Master's in Forensic Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, along with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
