Michael Duback

Michael Duback currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210, overseeing all operational aspects including finance, facilities, transportation, food services, payroll, and technology. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Finance & Operations at LaGrange Highlands School District 106, where responsibilities included leading business and human resource operations, managing budgets, and overseeing collective bargaining and union relations. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Business Services and Assistant Director of Teaching & Learning at Yorkville Community Unit School District 115, in addition to working as a high school teacher. Michael possesses advanced educational qualifications including a Doctor of Education from the University of St. Francis, an MBA from Concordia University Chicago, and multiple master's degrees from Lewis University and Northwestern University, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University.
