Michael possesses advanced educational qualifications including a Doctor of Education from the University of St. Francis, an MBA from Concordia University Chicago, and multiple master's degrees from Lewis University and Northwestern University, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University.
