Darci Griffith Gamerl

Darci Griffith Gamerl is an accomplished musician with extensive experience in various roles within the orchestral and collaborative music sectors. As a Collaborative Partner and Founder of The Bel Canto Duo since 2017, Gamerl has contributed as a composer, arranger, and oboe and English hornist. Current positions include Solo English Horn with Lincoln's Symphony Orchestra and South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, and 2nd Oboe with Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, Gamerl has served as a Film Composer for several projects through Bel Canto Duo, LLC, and as a Music Producer with Solarium Records since 2002. Experience also includes curating and programming music as Music Director for KVNO 90.7 FM and Classical 90.7. Educational credentials include a Master of Music in Oboe Performance from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and an Artist Diploma in Oboe Performance from Roosevelt University.
