David Williams

David Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, education, and governance. Currently serving as a co-opted independent member of the Lincolnshire Police and Crime Panel and a magistrate at HM Courts & Tribunals Service, David has a long-standing commitment to public service. As a non-executive director/trustee at L.E.A.D. Academy Trust since 2018, David has actively contributed to key committees. Previous roles include chairing the Lincolnshire Police Independent Advisory Group and working in various capacities at the Royal Air Force, Ofsted, and Lincoln International Business School. David holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Gloucestershire and a BA/PGCE from The University of Manchester, along with additional professional qualifications.
