Paul Pellicani

Paul Pellicani is a seasoned design and construction professional with extensive experience in architecture and management. Since April 2007, Paul has served as Design Studio Principal and CEO at architects LOFT, specializing in innovative PreFab construction techniques. Concurrently, Paul has been an Independent Distributor for Lindal Cedar Homes since June 2019, focusing on luxury post-and-beam homes. From May 2018 to June 2022, Paul chaired the AEC Council for the Housing Crisis Solutions Coalition, promoting affordable housing solutions. Previous roles include global operations management at Modz4 and Base4, and general contracting as CEO of green MOD builders llc. Paul has also contributed to academia as an adjunct lecturer at the New York Institute of Technology and City University of New York. A Bachelor of Architecture graduate from the New York Institute of Technology, Paul is also pursuing an MBA from the University of Scranton.
