Laurent Palasz

Laurent Palasz has extensive experience in the field of moulding engineering and product management, holding various positions across multiple companies. Currently serving as the New Product & Process Introduction Manager at Lindal Group since January 2016, Laurent previously worked at AbbVie Pharmaceuticals as a Senior MS&T Moulding Process Engineer and at Abbott Laboratories as a Moulding Projects Manager. Additional roles include Manufacturing & Engineering Manager at Litec Moulding, Senior Moulding Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, Injection Moulding Manager at Framatome Connectors FCI, and Manufacturing Engineer at Raychem. Laurent began a career in engineering as a Foam Plant Supervisor at Bell Sports and has foundational experience as a Mould Setter/Process Optimiser and Assembly Line Technician.
